Notice to military families needing enrollment and ID card assistance

Military service members and their families have the opportunity to update their information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System or receive support with ID cards at the following locations:

● Rock Springs: Jan. 30, 3255 Yellowstone Rd., from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
● Rock Springs: Jan. 31, 3255 Yellowstone Rd., from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
● Evanston: Jan. 31, 419 2nd St., from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
● Evanston: Feb. 1, 419 2nd St., from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
● Afton: Feb. 1, 391 Warrior Way, from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
● Afton: Feb. 2, 391 Warrior Way, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 
Assistance provided will be adding new family members and issuing dependent ID cards. Sponsors will need to accompany dependents if they need a new ID. Dependents need to do a DD-1172 on location or go to the DEERS website and generate one at https://idco-pki.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/.
 
If dependents are over 18, they will need to provide two unexpired forms of ID. One must be a government-issued photo ID, like a driver’s license, military ID, or passport. The other can be a birth certificate or Social Security card.
