Holistic Health

The Wyoming Army National Guard Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program is committed to forging a resilient, mission-ready force by optimizing Soldier performance across five key pillars: Nutritional Health, Physical Health, Mental Health, Sleep Health, and Spiritual Health. We recognize that every Soldier is unique, so we’re moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach and giving our formations tailored strategies to strengthen strength, endurance, recovery, and overall well-being. Through evidence-based training, education, and individualized fitness planning, we will mitigate musculoskeletal injuries, combat obesity, and improve deployment readiness—ensuring every Soldier is physically, mentally, and spiritually prepared for any mission. By prioritizing sustainable nutrition, balanced training, and restorative sleep practices, we will foster a culture of peak performance and longevity. Through the integration of H2F professionals, leaders, and peer mentorship, we will equip Soldiers with the tools to take ownership of their health, reduce injury rates, and increase operational effectiveness. Our ultimate goal is to cultivate a force where every Wyoming Army National Guard Soldier thrives—not just in service but throughout their lifetime.
