Vets assistance in Niobrara and Natrona counties

A state of Wyoming veterans service officer from the Wyoming Veterans Commission will conduct community outreach services in Wyoming cities throughout March.

Marshall Griffin is available to meet with veterans and their families to discuss state and federal veterans’ benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs claims, or VA healthcare. Griffin can also help veterans and their families apply for benefits, file claims or request healthcare.

His office is located at 5905 CY Ave., Room 127, in Casper, and he will also be available at the following locations:

• Lusk: March 28 at the Lusk Town Clerk Office, 201 E 3rd St., from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

• Casper: March 6, 13, 27 at the VA Casper Clinic, 4140 S. Poplar St., from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

During periods of inclement weather, please check with the staff at the outreach locations to ensure the veterans service officer will be available.
