Wyoming Fallen Veterans memorials in several communities

Jun 29, 2018

Visitors and residents of several Wyoming communities may visit electronic memorials to fallen Wyoming military members.

Kiosks, presented by the Wyoming Veterans Commission memorialize more than 75 Fallen Warriors, with a Wyoming connection, who died in service since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

There are currently three kiosks in the state. They are located at Star Valley Library Branch, 261 S. Washington, Afton; Upton Senior Center, 703 Ash St., Upton and Platte Valley Community Center, 210 W. Elm, Saratoga.

“The price of freedom is directly related to the supreme sacrifices these Wyoming ladies and gentlemen made to defend those freedoms,” said Wyoming Veterans Commission Chairman, Keith Davidson. “Please take advantage of these kiosks and get to know some of Wyoming’s finest who made the ultimate sacrifice for your freedoms.”

Any town interested in hosting a kiosk may contact the commission at 307-777-8152.
